The last few months have been very eventful. With a total of four foals born last season we had a great foaling season and are really happy with how the foals turned out. The babies have had a fair bit of handling over the last few months and are ready to wean soon.

On the 17th of March we had a big fire go through some of our property which was extremely scary and stressful. Luckily no one got hurt and we didn't lose any animals! Caracol, Hrafn and Fylkir were in the big outpaddock up the road which burnt down completely. The morning after the fire had gone through I was very relieved to see that the boys had survived without a scratch!! They are a little bit spooked though. It has been a massive effort to clean up and rebuild the fences that were burned and the paddock is nearly ready to use again now.
