Fylkir grew up at Litli Stadur and went to live in Tasmania for a while last year. He was started under saddle while being away. In March 2020 he came back to Victoria and is now being trained by Renska Younger of Hestaviska in Melbourne. 

Even though still green he is doing very well with his training and will be available for people to try out from June 2020. 

Fylkir has a lovely nature and is a sensitive boy that likes to hang out with his humans :-) He shows a lot of tolt at liberty and has a good trot and canter under saddle as well.

As he continues his training, he will be a fantastic riding horse that has a lot of potential!

The ideal person for Fylkir is someone who will enjoy training this young horse further and wants to explore the world together. You don't have to be a very experienced rider to do this, but looking at Fylkir's age and stage of training, you do need to be confident in being a leader for him to positively move forward and show him the world.
